Job
Summary:
This position is responsible for all Human Resources activities as they relate to payroll, recruiting and hiring, the new hire process and orientation, and workers compensation. The position includes general HR and HR office duties.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for coordination of company sponsored
events
, United Fund Drive, Service Award Programs, Holiday Party
Payroll administration and processing: ADP Payforce and ADP eTime
Create databases as needed for HR
Responsible for the administration of the hiring process to include: handling of resumes/applications, maintain internal tracking system, notification status, scheduling of interviews, provide packet of information to prospective employees, reference checking and security screening
Perform telephone interviews for potential candidates
Coordinate and interview internal candidates
Responsible for applicant tracking system
Provide new employee orientation training to cover policy/procedures and benefits
Maintain employee tuition reimbursement program
Maintain all company forms to include: insurance forms, 401(K) change or enrollment forms, payroll change forms, Workers Compensation
Update organizational charts as needed for any and all changes on a regular basis
Track and update open positions on Excel spreadsheet on a regular basis
Responsible for the maintenance of all employee files to include, daily filing, status changes, new hires and terminations
Responsible for employee flexible benefits program
Responsible for drug screening program
Key contact person for temporary agency and employment needs
Responsible for other duties as assigned, meeting confidentiality requirements for an HR department
Qualifications
ADP Payforce and eTime experience
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Strong communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while working with details
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS preferred (SAPHR)
Ability to interact with a diverse workforce
2-4 years experience with similar duties and responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Will be necessary for future growth
HR and/or ADP certification a plus

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
