Primary Objective of Position:
Ensure Guests are seated at a clean, properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible. To maintain the cleanliness of all restrooms, perimeter of the building and the parking lot.
Essential Functions:
? To ensure guests are seated at a clean, properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible.
? Offers assistance to guest by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refills beverages.
? Maintains cleanliness of restrooms, perimeter of building and parking lot.
? Checks cleanliness of islands from the previous shift and notifies manager of any problems. Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and or close.
? Checks high chairs and booster seats for cleanliness.
? Empties trash and spot sweeps the restaurant and bar floor.
? Delivers food to tables.
? Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift.
? Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties.
? Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
? Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
Qualification Standards:
? Lifts and carries up to 70 lbs up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in the walk-in cooler and/or freezer.
? Works indoors 75%, and outdoors 25%.
? Works frequently in a hot and damp environment.
? Walks or stands 100% of shift.
? Reaches, bends, stoops and wipes frequently.
? Ability to clearly communicate guest needs to other team members.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
