Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for cleaning, set-up and trouble shooting of the packaging machinery. This position works with line supervision and technicians to ensure the equipment performs within the correct operating parameters.
Essential Functions
Ability to operate, set-up, clean and trouble shoot packaging equipment
Ability to operate a fork lift (sit-down and stand-up models), pallet-jack, and motorized walkie skid mover
Must be able to read and interpret Packaging Batch Records (PBRs)
Verifying and recording neat and accurate information in logbooks and Packaging Batch Records
Must have the ability to lead, teach, and work with others on various packaging lines.
Ability to complete minor trouble shooting on equipment
Communication with all levels
Achieve Schedules
Training or
Experience:
Must be able to adapt to changing tasks and schedules
Must have working knowledge of packaging machinery, set-up and trouble shooting.
Must have working knowledge of fork lifts
Must be familiar with cGMP's, SOP's and PBRs
Reliability is key to success in this position.
Good communication and organizational skills with all levels
Capable of completing SAP inventory transactions
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
